Summits Of Austria

Enjoy spectacular photo spots and breath-taking scenery while visiting the most popular Austrian magnificent Peaks.

Day 1

Arrive at your hotel in the Feldkirch/Bregenz Forest region, your home for the next 2 nights.

Day 2

Travel to the lakeside town of Bregenz where you can enjoy a stroll along the shores of Lake Constance or a guided tour of the city where you will get to know the city better. Your day then continues with a ride up to the Pfänder Mountain (1.064m) where you will be greeted with a unique panorama of Lake Constance and 240 Alpine peaks of Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. Enjoy the while having a coffee and cake or lunch.

Day 3

An early start today for your journey over the Arlberg Pass to Innsbruck. On arrival in the Olympic city, your city guide will meet you and will introduce you to the highlights of the old town, such as the Golden roof and the "Hofburg". After some free time, you then join the "Hungerburg" train followed by the "Nordketten" cable car to the "Seegrube" restaurant located at 1905m above sea level. Here, on a clear day, you will enjoy the wonderful views of the peaks that surround the Inn valley and down into Italy. Sit back and enjoy a coffee and cake before returning to your coach for the journey to the Salzburg region of Austria, your home for the next 2 nights.

Day 4

The highlight of your summit tour will be your journey along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. The Grossglockner is Austria’s highest mountain (3,798m) and its glacier, the Pasterze, is located among the unique world of mountains, alpine meadows, fragrant forests, and massive cliffs. En route, you can enjoy many points of interest such as the "Edelweißspitze", the highest point on the road, or the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe visitors’ center. At the visitors center, you will be delighted with the Grossglockner summit and the glacier below.

Day 5

Transfer from your hotel to the airport. Departure.
